Day 2 - FOI Process Mapathon (17 June)
Time: 9:00am - 12:30pm
Hosted in collaboration with the Digital Office for Scottish Local Government, this interactive workshop will bring councils together to collaboratively map the Freedom of Information request process.
Why attend?
You asked, we listened! FOI requests are a common challenge across local government, and we are supporting the opportunity for development of a national shared service model based on your input. This mapathon will help councils work together to:
- Co-design and visualise the end-to-end FOI process
- Identify bottlenecks and duplication
- Support problem definition
- Compare approaches across authorities
- Create shared process maps that councils can adapt locally
Who should attend?
This event is ideal for those involved in FOI processes.
Please note: Experience using Engage Process is not required. This will be a facilitated session to gather your expertise and map live.
