Cydweithio Cymru: Engage Process Community Meet-up

Join us April 29th 2026 for a day of council collaboration, knowledge and best practice sharing.

On Wednesday, April 29th from 9:00 - 16:30, Engage Process will be hosting an in-person event to join together Welsh councils in sharing their process-driven improvements, operational insights, and collaborative initiatives.

The day will include presentations from Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, Carmarthenshire County Council, and the WLGA, among others.

Join us to learn more about how these organisations have identified savings, built internal business cases, and are driving standardisation at scale.

There will be a chance for open discussions and workshops, and lunch will be provided.

The event will be hosted at Wales Millennium Centre (Japan Room)

Bute Place, Cardiff, CF10 5AL.
