Mobilising Caerphilly Council

Supported by our partners at Perago and GOSS Interactive, Caerphilly County Borough Council utilised Engage Process to transform their services and create a plan to save £65 million.

Due to increased demand and significant funding gaps, Caerphilly Council needed to adapt to meet changing community needs and expectations. With the help of Perago and utilising Engage Process and GOSS as tools for change, they embarked on a comprehensive transformation journey that went beyond just saving money.
