e-Conference: Implementing Process Management in a Joint Venture


On Tuesday June 13th from 13:00 to 14:00 BST (or 14:00 - 15:00 CET), we are hosting an e-Conference on how to succesfully implement Process Management within your organisation. 

SKANSKA Costain STRABAG Joint Venture (SCS JV), in partnership with HS2, is working on new high-speed train infrastructure.

Angelo Vinci, Service Improvement Manager at SCS JV, will present the strategic approach adopted and the activities undertaken to structure the Business Process Management project at his organisation, including change management and reporting activities.
