Engaging the team in Transformation

In need of change, Leeds Federated Housing Association started their Vision21 program, aimed at making the organisation more client focused, digital and efficient. Requiring input from the entire organisation meant getting buy-in from the team was crucial. Hear from Georgina Nijjar as she reflects on the the lessons learned in 3 years of transformation.
