Rugby (Warwickshire) Prevents Homelessness and Saves Cost

Located in eastern Warwickshire, England, the Borough of Rugby has a population of just over 100,000. A few years back, the council initiated the PHIL (Preventing Homelessness Improving Lives) project to target and prevent homelessness cases before crisis. 

However, when national funding ran out, the team found themselves looking for new ways to quantify results and secure funding locally. 

It was only after evaluating the project with Engage Process that they uncovered the true savings achieved for Warwickshire, and secured the necessary funding.
